Service Description
If you'll be working with us in-person at our shop in Eureka, MO, this appointment is the first step in planning your heirloom pieces. We’ll walk through the details of your gown or fabric, review any photos you’ve shared, and explore keepsake options that are meaningful to you or your loved ones. We’ll also cover pricing, timeline, and what to expect next.
Cancellation Policy
Keepsake Consults are complimentary and available by appointment only. Appointments may be held virtually or in-person at our St. Louis studio — please select your preference when booking. During your consult, we’ll review your dress or fabric (photos are helpful but not required) and talk through heirloom options, pricing, and next steps. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows may limit your ability to book future appointments.
