Your dress holds a story, now let’s turn it into something lasting.

With a background in custom gown design and bridal alterations, we understand how much meaning is stitched into every dress. Whether you're meeting with us in person at our Eureka, MO studio or mailing your gown from anywhere in the country, our process is designed to be personal, stress-free, and rooted in the story behind your gown. From the first consult to the final delivery, we’ll guide you each step of the way, combining bridal expertise with thoughtful design to help you preserve what matters most.

Our Process

1

Book a Keepsake Consult

Choose a time that works for you and let us know if you’d prefer to meet virtually via Zoom or in person at our shop in Eureka, MO. This complimentary appointment is the first step in planning your heirloom pieces and understanding what’s possible with your dress or fabric.

2

Design Your Keepsakes

During your consult, we’ll look over your gown or materials, talk through ideas, and walk you through pricing, timeline, and design considerations. Whether you have a clear vision or are still deciding, we’ll help guide the conversation so you feel confident moving forward.

3

Finalize the Plan & Drop-Off or Ship Your Dress

After the consult, you’ll receive a detailed Square invoice outlining all the items we discussed. A $50 deposit secures your spot on our calendar, which fills quickly. Your order isn’t considered booked until the deposit is paid.

If you're mailing your gown or scraps, we’ll provide shipping instructions and tips for getting them safely to our St. Louis studio.

4

Creation & Completion

Once your materials arrive, we’ll send confirmation photos and make sure everything we discussed is still achievable based on the fabric in hand. At that point, we’ll finalize your invoice and collect 50% of the total before beginning work.

Each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. We’ll send progress updates and let you know when your keepsakes are ready to ship or pick up.

Once your pieces are complete, we’ll send final photos and request the remaining balance before delivery or pickup.
